When you are supplying your art in a computer-generated format, using the guidelines below will assist in quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

.) Hard copy proofs MUST be submitted with the electronic file with indications for pms color size, and any FPO's (for position only notes). This will show us what should be on your disk.

.) The page layout file or final must be in correct proportion to the final piece. (10'5"x22'8")

.) Submit all TIFF, EPS, etc., support files used in building the layout.

.) Submit all parent files for the TIFF, EPS, etc.

.) If the final layout of the board is done in Photoshop, please save as a Photoshop file and do not flatten the layers.

.) Photographs should be scanned at a high resolution. 600dpi for the best results but never lower than 300dpi. Example 8x10=300dpi, 5x7=600dip, slide=1000 to 2000 dpi.

.) If possible, all files should be built in CMYK not RGB. All type or solid black elements should be built in CMYK as c60, m60, y60, K100 to provide a strong four color black.

.) Include all fonts. Please convert fonts to paths/outlines.
